You will need to submit your completed application signed along with proof of income ( 2 check stubs if paid by-weekly or 1 check stub if paid monthly ), then either drop off, fax or mail to The Credit Union at the University of Chicago. 

If you are seeking pre-approval on a new vehicle purchase, provide the maximum you are requesting and the number of years you wish to finance.
